Treaty Update: JCT Explanations of Protocols to U.S. Income Tax Treaties with New Zealand and France, and New Income Tax Treaty with Malta

The Joint Committee on Taxation today released three explanations of proposed Protocols to existing U.S. income tax treaties with New Zealand and France, and a proposed income tax treaty with Malta.
