The Senate Finance Committee has completed and released its report, including a dissent, and text of legislation to extend some 53 of the pending expired and expiring tax provisions, following its August 2 markup. Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) is expected to introduce the bill and file the report, when the Senate convenes in September.
